Striker operates its fishing charters and trips 7 days a week out of Tauranga Bridge Marina, Bluefin trips from Waihau Bay and we are at the Three Kings from January each year for 4-5 months.

Available dates come up on our booking system. We also release shared charter dates on our social media platforms, so you can jump on the booking system via the website and secure your space.

Yes, we cancel shared trips if not enough people book on – we require 6-8 to run. If you’re thinking of booking, let your mates know to get a group together!

Our weekend fishing trips are very popular and often book out in advance with whole boat bookings, so book well in advance. Shared charters are more often on week days.

Overnight shared charters require payment at the time of booking.

Whole boat hires require a 10% deposit at the time of booking, a further 30% 30 days later, then the remainder 30 days before departure.

The cost to hire the boat for up to 8 people on an overnight fishing trip from 6pm returning 4.30pm the next day is $4,550

To book a single place on an overnight shared charter from 6pm returning 4.30pm the next day is $670 - this price includes all bait, ice, tackle and the use of an electric reel.

The cost to hire the boat for up to 8 people on a 2 day/night charter from 6pm day 1 to 4.30pm day 3 is $9,100

We provide 3 meals per day, standard diet including meat, dairy and gluten. If you have specific dietary requirements, we suggest you bring food to supplement what we supply.

We supply standard rods, bait and ice as part of our package.

This is an extra charge for use of our electric reels for deep drops, all bait, tackle and ice required for deep sea fish.

Yes, however there is still a fee of $50 for ice, bait and tackle.
